Weight, lab tests and medical questions are among anyone's most sensitive data. ProGym was built with this in mind from day one.
Encrypted connection
All pages are loaded over HTTPS; no data travels over the internet in readable form.
Medical data encryption
Medical question text, doctor answers and lab test notes are encrypted and stored with a server-specific key.
Private test file
Test files and payment receipts are kept in non-public storage and have no direct public link.
Irreversible password
Passwords are stored as a one-way hash; even site admins can't see them.
Login protection
Temporary lockout after failed attempts, built-in captcha, new-device login alerts and login history in the panel.
We never sell your data
Your data is never sold or given to any advertiser. Businesses only see your contact info when you submit a request yourself.
Terms of use and privacy
Data we collect: Name, email or mobile, and the data you enter in the panel yourself (workouts, nutrition, body measurements, lab tests and medical questions). For security, IP and device type are recorded at login.
How data is used: Only to provide services to you: building programs, calculations, answers from the doctor or coach you chose, and account notifications.
Who has access to the data: Doctors only see questions you've sent to them; coaches only see their own students' progress. A gym or brand only receives your name and number when you submit that gym's or offer's request form yourself.
Medical consultation: Online consultation answers don't replace an in-person exam and visit. Before taking any medication or injection, be sure to consult your own doctor.
Payments: With online payment, card details are entered only on the bank gateway. With card-to-card transfer, we only ask for the tracking code and the last four digits of your card.
Delete account: You can contact support to have your account and all your data deleted.
